Hello there!
I'm an Austin-based freelance video producer and writer who made a name for himself working as the Lead Videographer at the Texas Democratic Party. If you've been involved in Texas politics, you've probably seen one of my videos! I love telling and creating stories in collaborative environments that help create change and make a positive impact. Digital media has the ability to house incredible stories, accessible at any moment, at the tap of a screen or the click of a mouse.
I've previously worked as a transmedia assistant on both seasons of the Facebook Watch show SKAM Austin, produced my own web series, and interned at the award-winning Ralph Smyth Entertainment production company here in Austin. Basically, I like to create stories online.
I studied at Texas State University, where I combined a journalism degree with film classes to round-out my skills in storytelling, video, and audio production. It's my goal to contribute meaningful and thoughtful stories to the internet-at-large.
Originally from Dallas, I've called Austin my home for years now and I plan to live here with my boyfriend and my dogs for years to come. I love to experiment with different mediums to figure out how to tell the best story, which is how I became the DM for my own D&D group.
